Civil Defense in America was such a huge part of the 20^th century yet so few people know what it was. There were subtle Civil Defense references in Fallout 3 on the U.S. Army recruitment poster, the "Duck and cover poster" and obviously the Civil Defense Administration poster. It’s so much more than that though as it includes uniforms, vehicles, and public shelters. I believe Civil Defense should make a comeback in Fallout 4 and if not future Fallout games because it represents American culture that we don't see today but what we do see in the Fallout games; community, patriotism, and fallout awareness. It would fit in great with the Fallout universe plus Civil Defense power armor would look really cool.
