live at Mick and Ralphs

Post » Sat Aug 14, 2010 4:48 pm

I was thinking of killing mick and Ralph and making their place my home. Does anyone know if its safe to keep my stuff there? Does it respawn? Will I loose my stuff?

There are much better places to live, why would you eliminate two good vendors?

LOL guys. Its a bit trivial but Players housing, for me anyways is a really important part of my game experience. Im dissapointed with the housing choice in FNV. I havent found any that are anything exceptional. All of them are very dark, at least for me, even with friend of night and brightness turned up. Little in the way of places to store and display my stuff. and arent 4 loading screens. Mick and Ralphs is great. Tons of places to display stuff, upstairs and down, well lit and I like the setup upstairs. But most of all is WELL LIT!

It's not much of a home if you have to lose karma for everything...and I'm pretty sure you can't sleep there

I dont really worry about Karma too much. I wont kill you for no reason. But if you have something I want, or are in my way. I will kill you

If he's on PC all he has to do is use the "setownership" command on the bed. Otherwise, what you say is true.

Just move to the Abandoned BOS Bunker. Unlimited supplies, storage, a bed, reloading bench, and a crafting bench. The only thing it doesn't have is a campfire, which can be easily accessed at Goodsprings Source. But if you don't have Dead Money, then I would suggest living at the Caesar's Legion Safehouse or, obviously, the Lucky 38.

The beds are owned, if that doesn't bother you then go ahead.

Poor Mic and Ralph, There they were, minding their own business in their store. Then Mic felt a presence and BAM, Nephi's driver upside the head.

Ralph looked over to his fallen comrade caught barely a shimmer of the air then his head was lopped from his shoulders with a fire axe.

My courier cares not to sleep there. As I have a penchant for collecting and displaying things, Mic and Ralph's courier museum is now open for the viewing pleasure of New Vegas!

Plus I threw most of their crap out in the street :P

If you are just looking for a place in Freeside, there is a empty tower in Old Mormon Fort.

it's sad If you actually held your move button for multiple items, just to putthem in the street lol

Exactly my point. Sad to say but Mick and Ralphs makes a great museum. Well lit, plenty of space to put stuff out, and a tv and couch upstairs to veg out from time to time. Do you know if the containers are safe to store stuff? and If you put stuff on display, does it ever dissapear?
