Use neither and get Enhanced Economy instead, it's the successor to Living Economy, includes the entire feature-set of LE and then some, and is supported.

There is no reason to use Living Economy anymore, it's an obsolete mod.

Living Economy has some bugs.

And Ole Boe, a.k.a. TheNiceOne as modder is one of the dozen or so best. Great support, open to new ideas. If you haven't already, check out his other mods.
