Liztail's animation kit

were can i get Liztail's animation kit, when i look it up all i get is one viable link that refers to it, and that's one is not really helpful science all i get is a discription of the animation kit and no download links

I know, it really has nothing to do with the topic, but papill6n, why the heck do you have a newer version of MCP in use than the official released one? :shocking: (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/fms/Image.php?id=98752)
