Load Multiple Interior Cells at Once

Hey, guys.

I'm not really sure if this is the correct topic title, but it's the closest thing I could think of.

I recently began making Castle interior for my mod. I have my mod backed up. At first I duplicated the Castle Volkihar room, which wasn't a good idea. Then I decided I would get piece names and rebuild it, but in my own way.

Whilst running around the duplicated castle, I noticed some of the walls had load issues until I was standing right at them.

How do I get the whole area to load and render at once?

Ever since, I have reverted to my backup files and began reconstructing the castle by hand, but in my own layout.

Check to see if there are any http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Optimization. Those are put in place in big cells to cut down on resource usage, by only loading the immediate area surrounding the player.

To correct slightly; they only render areas based on those bounds. The loading/unloads of areas and cell boundaries are still entirely separate.
