Maybe someone can help me with my problem.

I playing TES games from Morrowind and playing with mods, so I know a little bit about mods Now I playing Skyrim and all working properly with old characters. But yesterday I started absolutely new character and one problem that I saw, that Belethor has no option to buy or sell things at all All other conversation options working properly. I think that is not one problem that I will see, so can someone look at my load order (below) and tell if it's all right or maybe something is missing, maybe some patch?

well, Stupid question, but was it in between 8am and 8pm which are the times he sells stuff? It does not seem as if you have anything that should affect shopkeepers at all, if you do that might be a possible reason.

There are a couple of mods that would seem to affect merchants, but if you haven't changed anything since the last character you played, your problem is unlikely to be mod-related. It could be just a glitch.

That said, do you use a load-order program like BOSS? If not, you may want to try one, just in case. You might also make sure all your mods are updated (if you haven't already).

Yes, I use BOSS and all mods updated and with other character all right :~ What can be wrong? google couldn't find similar problem...

Maybe for once Belethor is just not willing to sell any thing? You could try disabling that Cut Throat Merchants mod and seeing if he will change his mind.

It's worth a try, but I'm skeptical. I've used Cutthroat Merchants in every one of my games since 2011 and I've not yet experienced the problem the OP describes. That said, it's possible that there is a bad interaction between CM and some other mod in the list, so it's worth giving it a shot. There's nothing to lose.

Looking at the list, I see two potential culprits. 1) Hunters Cabin of Riverwood. I don't know this mod, but occasionally a house mod will make strange changes to the town the house is located in. 2) Run For Your Lives and When Vampires Attack. If Riverwood has recently been attacked by a Dragon or by Vampires and sent Belethor indoors, it might be that this has interfered with his barter. (i.e. he may not be able to barter if one of these mods has control over his AI. And if something in the game has screwed up and the flee script on him is still running, it might cause him to not do business).

If no other solutions present themselves, you might try disabling one of those three, temporarily, and see if the problem clears up.
