To get directly to the point - I have a few mods installed, had them ordered using BOSS, however, two of the mods I have are the Underdark and Mage Equipment, the second being a requirement for the first - so I expected the requirement would be placed first of the two in the load order. Actually, the Underdark esp is placed first of all I have, and Mage Equpment - somewhat further down the list. Since I notice there are conflicts between the two mods, I was wondering if I shouldn't move one manually, and if so (in case it makes a difference), which one - or would there be a (good enough) reason to leave them as they are?

Also, since I am using Mod Organizer with archive management on, should "installation order" (left pane) be rearranged to match "load order" (right pane), or left it as it is?

Those are both older mods which were in the BOSS Masterlist way before I began managing it. Not sure if there are any specific reasons why they are set that way, but I can check to see if there are any notes in the Masterlist. As for why Underdark is dependent on Mage Equipment, It may just be that UD uses resources from ME. In which case Load Order wouldn't matter that much so long as the resources are installed in the Oblivion data folder. Can't say for sure without looking at the two. I'll try to dig up some answers for you. unless someone else is more familiar with these two mods and wants to chime in.
