And now to my question.
Is there something wrong with my LO?
Cos i get crashes everytime when i play.

Sometime i can play hours before it crash and then it can crash few times in a row.
The crashes can happen any time, i go into a building, i load a save game, i fire a weapon etc.

So if any1 can help , i would appreciate it.

Your main problem is that you're trying to run FOOK and FWE at the same time. The FOIP patch for these that's available on the Nexus is way outdated, and does not work. You're going to have to remove one of those mods.

There may be other problems that I don't have the time to look at right now, but that's where you need to start.

I removed FOOK2 and updated FWE & MMM to their newest versions.
Now just have to test, but not expecting much.

I have now tested without FOOK2 and the game still crashes.
So that didn't fix it.

Now im wondering that do i try to keep going, or uninstall everything and maybe install less mods or maybe i try this Arwen's "guide" : http://amito.freehostia.com/Fallout/FO-mods.htm#Index

You should focus on getting the dlc, FWE, MMM, Project Beauty, and WMK to play nicely. After that is sorted and your game time is reliable then you can begin adding the rest one or few at a time. You've got so many mods that I've never seen, it could be anything from a general incompatibility to a bad mesh. Check the Fallout 3 tweak guide to improve stability. FO3 will also crash because it is FO3.
