Use Wrye Bash and BOSS

As suggested run your load order through BOSS and address anything it may hightlight http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516
I'd certainly recommend that you replace the Max_Teal mods with All Natural. Great in their day, but AN is more up to date, less buggy and certainly compatible with almost every other mod you would care to name.
