Whenever I try to open the load order menu in the mod menu it just returns to main menu. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work.

Do you have any mods installed?

Maybe you can clear out the 5 gb dedicated storage space for mods in the game managing menu. You would have to download all the mods again.

You can also do a power reset by pressing on the power button until it turns off and then turn it back on.
