I just finally noticed that my load order in Wrye Bash hasn't changed, even after running LOOT. The load order in LOOT is completely different than it is in Wrye Bash, and I have it sorted by the date as well in Bash. I'll hit apply plugin and masterlist, but it won't seem to do anything to Wrye Bash. I've tried restarting Bash as well, but to no avail.
