I recently bought a pre owned fallout 3 GOTY edition and have reached level 6 or 7. The game came with an unlabeled generic case and no manual. Well I thought the second disk would be for later in the game like LA Noire. But I wasn't seeing any of the expansion quests anywhere and it dawned on me...that they are on the second disk. Well I installed em and now have access to the quests. My questions are...

Did I miss out on any content because I loaded them this late?

Are there NEW ITEMS that I missed out on or are the expansions just quests?

No you haven't missed anything at Lv.6 or 7, its not like the New Vegas Ult. Ed. which gives you weapons/amour etc packs at the start.

Check if the Alabama warlord dlc is installed, go south of Tenpenny Tower and see if the giant Water Bufflo is there. If its not try insulling fogoty knto your hard drive and recheck
