[Dead Money] Loading Issue

Upon entering activating the Abandoned BoS Bunker the game hangs endlessly on a black screen with the gold FNV animated loading symbol, no music just silence. Have open task manager via C-A-D to kill NV process in order to close the game. I used FNVEdit to check for conflicts and whadda-ya-know it found one with FalloutNV.esm and DeadMoney.esm pic below

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this conflict? I am not too familiar with FNVEdit from what I gathered from the color-coding orange=conflict winner(deadmoney) and purple=Master(core game) my guess is even though DM is the conflict winner my guess is Master doesn't like losing too well.

From one of the Pinned topics on this forum it suggests to do the following.

1) Open Steam
2) Right click on Fallout: New Vegas
3) Hit Properties
4) Click the "Local Files" tab
5) Click on "Verify Integrity of Game Cache"

If that doesn't work, delete your ini files and repeat steps 1-5

The problem you are describing sounds like what is written in the pinned topic.

That topic was for people who couldn't figure our how to get dead money and link the esm files together I am having a SCRIPT CONFLICT. Try posting something useful rather then just CPing a couple lines from a pinned post to inflate your post count.
