I personally would. Don't make those of us with decent enough computers suffer through more periodic loading screens than neccessary because you refuse to upgrade your hardware to have the game run like you want it to.

In fact if I remember correctly the cells in Oblivion were smaller than those in Morrowind meaning more frequencies of loading.

yeh but morrowind had the enviornment loading screens occur more often than in Oblivion

I'm playing morrowind at the moment and can't recall seeing area loading screens.

Loading screens between interios and exteriors... sure.
If there are loading hick-ups in exteriors like in Oblivion, I'm probably gonna put the game aside and start a thread on the forum saying "DO A BETTER JOB TECHNOLOGY-WISE BETHESDA FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!".
