Loading Screen Horror And Game Froze.

Post » Sun Jan 03, 2010 4:14 am

Whenever I go to near or in the Vegas,it takes forever to load the game. And if you are doing any mission which require to travel different casinos or different part of same casino or may be both, it's just a nightmare looking at the loading screen in every five minute for an average 20-90 sec.And longer you play, it takes longer to load(may be my HDD get overheated).
I'm on XBOX 360 and I installed the game on my HDD but no improvement.
Also last night I was playing 10 Hour on a row and suddenly my screen froze and I had to hard restart my xbox and when I came back my ''Auto save'' with two other manual save file went corrupted, even those save was done way before my game froze.Able to play with the third last save file but it was really frustrating.
So any one with any tips or ideas will be greatly appreciated. And sorry if it's a clone thread.Thanks.

Honestly, there is no help for this, its a huge bug right now. Check out any of the other million threads on here, they'll tell you the same thing. I've tried anything I can think of that might fix it or that has been suggested on these forums, nothing works.

Is there something obvious that tells you your save file is/are corrupted? I hear mention of a DLC error? If the save file actually loads, is it okay? Because I'm having some lock-ups dealing with merhants, and I'm not sure if I'm playing forward on a corrupt save that I'll ultimately have to start the game over, or if (hopefully) the glitch isn't related to the save file and I'll be okay as long as I can just stay clear of certain merchants...?
