I don't know whether this had been discussed at but I'll put it out there anyway.

Perhaps for the xbox and PS3 (Not necessary for PC due to instant loading screens) to enable fast travel for indoors while in major cities. The loading screens for xbox can take up one and a half or up to three minutes (at the most) and to have to go through two of them to get to other cities can be quite time consuming. Of course certain conditions would have to be applied, for instance. You can't do it from dungeons, caves, small cottages, etc..... And you could only do it from city to city. Such as you could be chilling in breezehome and decide to go solitude for nightly drinks with crew
Over all I think it could be a use full update for those consoles gamers.
