Loading the geck through fose, Win8 issues?

So Ya I found out I need to load the geck through fose_loader.exe in order to use its scripting functions.

Anyways , I feel I've followed both ways to do this to a T. But the command prompt says it can't find the specified destination. And creating the short cut for Fose_loader then making the end of the target field look like this \fose_loader.exe -editor" And no matter how I play around with the spacing it always says ...

The name "C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\fose_loader.exe -editor" specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

They are as far as I can tell ... and the Geck (v1.5.0.19) is installed inside the same folder. I also reinstalled the latest Fose.

Plus the shortcut works just fine to launch the game.

So I'm hoping maybe there is something I'm completely missing ,or some issue with windows 8 that is causing this. And a known fix.

The -editor tag has to come after the quotation marks, not before.
