Loads of problems, contains possible spoliers

Hi, could anyone please help me, I'm having numerous problems with fallout 4, I brought my copy on release date, at first there was a couple of problems, the more I play the problems appear more often.
The first thing I noticed when speaking to some people and having a conversation, my character wouldnt speak, it was a one way conversation, the first time I noticed was when speaking to Preston.

- pip boy not opening whilst pressing o. Not all the time, but its happening more and more.

- not being able to walk forward, its like someone is stood in front of me, my character will only walk to the left, after a couple of minutes, it sorts itself out.

- my character has no head, I had a fight with a deathclaw, after that I have no head

- fallout boy ( injury indicated) -top right corner, staying on the screen ( head injury)

-blurred vision

-stimpaks not working

- game crashing, put back to psn home screen

- mission crashing, forced to restart game, especially after the mission where you relive memories, in the memory pod.

Being stuck in the elevator, it seems like a never ending elevator

Sleeping doesn't always help injuries and energy doesn't always go up

I really don't want to delete the save, but I think it's the only option to start all over again, but I think that's what I'm going to gave to do, before I do, could anyone give me any advice please.

Actually i haven't any of those problems, so far anyway.

On a console there isn't much to do, but you can try this.

Delete your game completely. (but not your existing saves)

Go to PS4 recovey console, and do step 4 and 5.

After, install the game again, but do not load your exisitng save(s), yet.

Start a new game, and see if it works correctly.

If yes, load your existing saves, and see which of those are playable without the glitches you mentioned above.

If no one save works properly, then I'm afraid you must start a new game.

--------

Tip: I wouldn't autosave (so disable all autosaves) and either way save manually, or do a quick save.

If you save manually, DO NOT override a previous save, and choose a new save slot instead.

--------

I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK. !!! ;)

Haven't had any of those problems, except the head injury indicator staying on screen and blurriness. Those are both normal aspects of the game. When your head is crippled, you have sight problems and dizziness. Haven't had the other issues, however I have the digital copy. If anything, I would delete all fallout data, except savegames, and re-install. It's a good start. Also, considering you have the hard copy, discs can get damaged from long play time. The disc can overheat, thus damaging the data on the disc. Make sure you put that into consideration.
