I was just wandering around Ald-Rhun and when I stole a steel longsword, the game crashed. Now, when I try to re-open Morrowind I get this message:

Your local The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind files conflict with the ones strored in the Steam Cloud.

I have two options

Download cloud files to this machinhe, or upload to the steam cloud.

I am running Windoes 7 professional. I downloaded Morrowind on steam and only installed the MGSo 3.0. Help please.
