Hi all,

I've just completed all the Dark Brotherhood quests, and went back to give the token to Olava the feeble, where she gives a quest to locate the Assassin of old.

Now I have already been to Deepwood and Hag's end, clearing them out (twice), so I fast travelled to Hag's End to find the goodies bequeathed to me. It was easy enough to find the location for the corpse, and entering the area gave the quest update for completed, but there is no corpse present, only a chest.

I think this may be bugged, as there is meant to be a body there with the ancient shrouded armour set, but the body isn't anywhere to be found.

I was hoping someone may have some idea on how to rectify this. I went back to an earlier save (where I'd just been given the token) and still no corpse to be found.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that it's hidden behind a stone door in the throne room. I've never been to do it so I don't know for sure.

I have found the place, the issue is there is no corpse there, only a chest.

Alternatively, does anyone know the item codes for the Ancient Shrouded set (Armour, Gloves, Boots and Helmet)?

yup if you have the quest a DB corpse with the improved DB armor spawns there.

Sadly i do have the quest...

At this stage I'd be happy to just add the items (should someone know them) and pretend it was there.

I managed to find the code, by using the console command: help shrouded 0

This listed the item codes, so I can add them with the player.additem command.

Anyways, is there any reason why the corpse wouldn't be there? Maybe it may have to do with me having cleared out Hag's End?

Probably just a random bug that a few luckily people receive, at least you were able to add them with the console commands.

Same thing happened for me. After searching for 20 mintues in vain, I:

1. COC qasmoke
2. Take the armor
3. COC riverwood

what a console command i can't get eather 2 chacters and still no body of old any help would be helpful i have the ps3 version

You mean, before going there on the DB quest? In that case, yes. He disappears after your first visit to Hag's End, I tested it out, returned after I finished the quest, the enemies were there but not the corpse.
