Does anyone know how I can access certain Bandit camps via the construction set? i.e. Brotch camp?

I am wanting to spawn some extra bandits in certain camps, yet when I go to>Tamerial (using World View), I cannot find what I'm looking for. At the moment, I'm trying to test out Brotch Camp but I can't locate it.

In the Cell View window, select Tamriel as the worldspace. The first cell listing will be AbandonedMineExterior. Click once on it and then type brotch. It will automatically scroll down to the BrotchCamp listing.
