So im not sure how this happened i saved my game earlier and when i went back it exists... but when you target a door leading outside from anywhere it says "To Skyrim" across the bottom.... mine says "To Skyrim" no matter where i am or what im doing... im currently outside nowhere near anything with nothing around and it still says "To Skyrim" ive tried loading ive tried fast traveling tried entering and leaving somewhere... nothing seems to get rid of it... When im targeting something else it still tells me what it is and whatnot just when im not targeting anything it says "To Skyrim".

Can anybody help please? im not sure how to fix it.
