Im on a new character and want to head straight there for the Chinese stealth suit

Uh, it's the giant dam you can clearly see on your map Head in that direction and you'll pick up a road that brings you right to it.

Seriously dude, it's really not worth it. You will have to make a seriously hard journey to the dam in the first place and quite possibly get killed numerous times if you are heading straight there. I beleive you can't just walk in and get it either, you have to have a very good rep with the NCR and like I said earlier, it doen't even make you invisible anymore, it just gives you +5 on Sneak.

Its very easy to get to the dam. I got there at level 4.

Just head East from Boulder City (following the road) and watch for the signs that says "Hoover Dam --->"

The Chinese Armor is not worth it Unless you use the many many many Chinese Armor Buff Mods
