Does anyone know where i can buy a light spell (or a spell that helps me see in the dark)?

My eyesight isnt that good and I absolutely need a lightsource in dungeons.
I find that an exquisite shirt with 40pt nighteye constant effect does the trick untill I am powerful enough to cast a long lasting custom nighteye spell myself.

In general, most spell effects can be found from one of the mages' guild halls or the temples. I'm pretty sure that between the mages guild, temple, imperial cult, and Telvanni Wizards, most spell effects can be acquired at no fewer than 6 different places. However, it might be there's a small number of spell effects which are 'rare' and available at only one or two spell merchants; I don't think light and night eye are rare though.

The poster above me included a link to the Wiki, which should list them, so that's one option, but have you tried just taking 10 minutes to check a few different vendors?

The light effect can be found in the Ald'ruhn Mages guild, upstairs, there is an argonian who sells a Light on target spell.
