I was reading a thread on a forum about all confirmed features from magazine and one said that... Tes oblivion was not all in oblivion but in cyrdoil too and tes skyrim is not all in skyrim but is parishaly in cyrdoil too...

Not sure if this is true but the image of the dragon on the rock it shows a half map of skyrim put it also shows half of cyrdoil too... Which tell us something...

For those who have the magazine does it say anything about where the game located? Is it possible to go to cyrdiol?

I highly doubt it, Skyrim will most likely take place in only Skyrim. The picture is probably just reperesenting where Skyrim is and/or just added for effect
