Location of water breathing enchantment?

It's really funny (well, from my PoV it is.... not so much for the rest of you probably) that on my last couple of toons, I get things like Necklace of Waterbreathing and Leather Boots of Hauling on level 5 - 6 from Lucan Valerius (Riverwood Traders) and Adrianne/Ulfberth (Whiterun Warmaidens). Now, I think this is likely a glitch of some sort, because level 5 - 6 toons probably should NOT see those. It's quite nice though - for me.

Truthfully, I find most stuff I want at those two shops. Alvor (smith in Riverwood) occasionally has some good stuff too. But by far the best options for the stuff you
REALLY want to buy to DE is Warmaidens and Riverwood Traders.
This has been true in my playthroughs also. I had a character that decided to risk Alftand at a very early level because of a set of Steel Plate Armor, but I also raided every chest I could and found most of the hard to find enchantments on jewelry and armor as loot.
Dwemer chests seem to spawn more jewelry than other containers.

This is true. I've also had some luck with the Smith in Riften and Radiant Raiment. :o

Glad you found what you were looking for. I'm level 59 on my current character and I still haven't found anything with the Muffle enchant on it. :|

Likewise, and I myself as well was looking to see if there was a specific place with a Waterbreathing item. I only got it once and that's on another file that I rarely play now.
