According to the Fallout Wiki the new patch (version 1.01) has actually caused its own bug/error. The abandoned BoS bunker is locked and there is no key (according to PC players who have searched the files for a key corresponding to the door). Since this bunker has a skill book in it please unlock it or include a key in the next patch. Thanks for the latest patch though.
