Hi!

I have a small problem... I can't get out of the house of the Doctor of Shady Sands, because a child is just on the doorway, and he doesn't want to run away.
I would avoid to kill him, so is it possible to do something without being attacked by the citizens?
My char and Ian could easily get rid of them, but as I play a char with a good Karma, I would not have to do that...

Yeah man you just right click on the little boy and there should be a little icon with a face and an arrow... if you click that the people move out of the way.

I tried your technique, but it didn't work... The face is when you want to talk with the NPC, so if I do that, I just have the dialogue:
- Hi!
* Hello!
* Where are your parents?
And I go back to the Game mode...

Did I misunderstand something?

You're either going to have to wait it out, kill the kid or load a previous save.

You might be able to attack the kid, causing him to run away so you can make a break for the edge of town. (meaning you dont get the child killer title)



Dont think thats in Fallout 1.

How can I wait? Just let the game run?

I can escape the town without even attack the kid (Use Steal capacity), but it's quite long, and Ian is a child-Killer! :green:

Yup, just let the game run. It may not even work though.


You may want to keep trying until ian doesnt kill the kid. You dont want that title.

I noticed that the Z key (or the equivalent of the W on a AZERTY keyboard) open a menu for Waiting, so I tried and it worked, no more kid in the doorway!
