Locked Toy House?

Post » Fri Apr 01, 2011 5:10 pm

So I was replaying Fallout three for like the 5th time, and while exploring the Gibson House in Minefield I saw a little "model of home" that had a very hard lock. I was wondering, does anyone know whats in it?

It contains some buffout, and other useless crap. Kind of a let down really. You can find the key on the dead body of one of the Gibson's in the Capitol Post building. You can look it up on the wiki if you dont beleive me.

That would've at least been cool as hell. Instead, like it was already said, we get some Buffout and other useless crap. I remember the first time I saw that I spend forever just to get 100 lockpick only to be disappointed.

But on the bright side, if you ever plan on making the Gibson House your player character's house, it's a cool thing to have. :)

I remember, I found the key somewhere deep within DC in a radio station. It was found on a dead body named Gibson. Pretty useless junk in it though. I was a little disappointed.

Yes in Le' Enfant plaza, in the Capitol Post building that is where the key is.

Yea it does svck, since its early in the game by doing Moria's quests having a 100 lockpick skill that early i thought it was something good... So i got my lockpick up high enough to unlock it and found out it was just buffouts and stuff..

yeah, but this makes the game interesting. never know what to expect. people lock up things they value. how should they want you want to steal?

Too bad, that would have been a great Easter Egg... they could have put all sorts of cool stuff in the thing. Alien power cells, maybe?
