So I recently did a road trip through nevada and visit the grand canyon, zion, drove through primm and some other locations out west and instantly had nostalgia. As soon as I got home I wanted to play new vagas again.

My question is since the loophole restricts you level 30 but you can adjust your max level with project nevada, what happens if you get past level 30 with the trait but have have the max level set to 50?
