AND WILL UNLOCK ALSO YOUR BONUS CONTENT.

YOU NEED TO HAVE THE SAME EMAIL FOR GAMESPY ACCOUNT AND gamesas.COM

I followed your instructions and am still receiving the error message, "Incorrect login details."

When I changed my password, changed my nickname to email and the message disappeared now I'm not terrorrus now I rassypnov7@gmail.com

Just jumping on to say I am having this issue too. I'm not that fussed for now as I'm more interested in the campaign than the MP (though I can't play the campaign either due to the damn flickering issues) but I'll want to play MP at some point, so I hope this gets fixed.

Nope, Gamespy Account doesn't work for me. Since I got the same Username and the same password there, It should've worked.
Adam, in case you didn't get my PM: When I entered my username, just like you said, it was a failure. Then I read the site wanted the e-mail, not the username, and then it was a success, but there was written :

"Success (your nickname is gamesas)
Redeem Code URL"

I already entered my redeem code, so it didn't work and I still cannot login. :3

Can I reenable my account somehow? I deleted this account - and when I try to login I get the message "username or email not found", but when I then go to "Forum", I'm magically logged in?

also - When I go to account settings, I would try to change my email account, there is no option to do so - still it says "You must confirm your current password if you wish to change it, alter your e-mail address or username." In the Confirm changes section of Account settings? The thing is, I somehow managed to setup two accounts (one ingame Crysis 2 and one on gamesas.com) with two different usernames, but same email account.

Note - I have tried to change pass - the change is accepted, but still no luck

So btw when we are talking GameSpy accounts - Are we talking about *Unique Nickname or *Nickname? Those are not the same... When I log in to GameSpy it displays: Welcome THe_MaTRiX, you are logged in! (my@mail.dk) - Thats my *Nickname NOT *Unique Nickname

I am sure that simply need to try login with gamespy credential associated with the email of gamesas.com account.

My problem is I have 2 accounts. One ingame (lets call this Username1) and I have one here on gamesas.com (lets call this Username2) both registered to my@mail.dk - On GameSpyId I have multiple accounts tied to my@email.dk - both Username1 and Username2 are present eg it will say Welcome THe_MaTRiX (username2), you are logged in! (my@mail.dk) or Welcome Username1, you are logged in! (my@mail.dk) depending on which account I log in to (all accounts are tied to the same email address).

NOTE: Username1 (Ingame created account) works for multiplayer in Crysis 2, but I cannot login here on gamesas.com with Username1, thus I cannot redeem my preorder DLC. Also I use Username1 on GameSpyId for games like UT3. But I cannot login to Crysis 2 multiplayer with Username2 (THe_MaTRiX), only here on gamesas.com (even though I deleted it).

i think that if you add the bonus with an account logged with the same email it will show you inside game.

Yeah I would love to try - but the other day I pressed "Delete Account" in Account settings (on this THe_MaTRiX), to see if I could create a new account. So now I cant login to gamesas.com (I know that I'm writing on this deleted account). For some reason this account was NOT deleted - but it is also not active. When I try to login THe_MaTRiX is not recognized as a user name or an e-mail address. Yet when I click the Forum I logged in - very strange... I writing on a second PC today - so it is NOT a cookie issue...

Step 1. I try to login (tried Username1, Username2 and email)
