I tried the reset password link you suggested but it is still givnig me "incorrect login details" it was also doing this during the MP beta and I never was able to login. I've already registered my limited edition key with this account. I've had a gamespy account with two profiles attached to it wonder if its anything to do with that?

I changed password, logged out of the forums and back in (with the new pass), and still no go on logging into the game.

It's really frustrating that I can not play with that account because I used already my LE Code with the account.
It is even more frustrating that we are not hear anything from Cry-Tom/Adam about the Status.

It feels like that Crytek let us stand in the dark until tomorrow or something.

For those that changed their password, did you log out of the forums and log back in with the new password successfully before trying in-game?

PW changed, tried it ingame and got the error again: "Incorrect login details, please retry. for account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through gamesas."

Logout on gamesas and login again with new PW (so the PW change worked here), but Ingame it's still the same error: "Incorrect login details, please retry. for account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through gamesas."

Had the same issue on the demo, the first and the second account had this issue, only my third account worked (which should be fine, but I used a mail like adsjdhadkshashdkajd@web.de there... will it be possible to change the accounts email adresss? For now I can't see such a feature on the website :/)

i played the MP Demo and i had the same Problem. I create a new Account to playing the Demo but now i will use my original account.
I think the peoples out there have a problem with the loginscreen.

When i tipped in the login screen Gear1984 is between the R Letter and the number 1 a space littlebit. Maybe is this the Problem or U and Gamespy had a Database Problem.

Can it be the problem that many people out there has in the gamespy account two accounts?

I will play MP with this account its include the LE Code because i cant log into my account.
When you need Help then can i come to Ur Office in Frankfurt am Main. I come from there.

Pls fix this Problem as soon as possible. It is frustrating to wait and wait and wait.

Changed password works on forum, but it goes wrong ingame.

In game use the create account button and use the same name, password and email and it works. Finally I can play with the extra xp bonus.

I found a fix: u can create a new acct, and u need to use the same email that u registered with the gamesas site but u can have any different nickname, i don't know if you have to keep the password the same but it worked for me

on Friday 2 Days Ago i'm got this Error "Incorrect login details, please retry. for account maintenance, or to change password, please access your profile through gamesas"
Now i got this Error after reinstallation the Game without the EADMIncorrect Password when i try to Login into MP.
My PW from here @ gamesas.com i typed it in the game correctly.

I tried multiple times and finally on the 8th password change I was able to log in.

Soooooo finally i can login into my Account but it's a littlebit strange.
I changed the password here.
Ingame is the password the new one but when i login here is the old one.

Just a bump of this thread. Some people have reported this method as a way to fix login issues so please give it a go if nothing else.

Are you changing it to something basic? Try to avoid numbers and special characters, something really simple like "crysis" or "password", just to see if it's funny characters causing an issue.

I tried that when this thread opened up with no luck.

I am having this problem as well, could it have something to do with playing the demo and those old stats still being on the server?

Hi Adam, the game thinks that I have one password while this site appears to have a completely different password. I have tried to log into this site with the in-game password and it doesn't work.

So it appears that I have two accounts, one of which is accessible only in the game and the other only on this site!

It would help if we knew which database Crysis 2 pulls login data from.

I've been attempting to log in with "Freyar". I just attempted it on my main machine (I've got a laptop that I've got these forums and Netflix funning on.)

Just a quick headsup, I had the same problem until I removed any numbers and such from my password. Going with clean, lowercase password and I managed to login to the game without issues.

Ah yes i have this error too Name is Antikiller, When try login- gives fail, but when i try to make a new account i have "this email already exist please login"
