lone wanderer vs. courier : Fallout Series Discussion

A direct fight and the wanderer is simply toast, but if he uses his education from the vault I'd say he stands a chance. For example, the Wanderer could trick the Courier into waiting in Megaton, and while he's enjoying a nice squirrel on a stick, KABOOYHA! the nuke blows him to pieces... :shocking:

I'd say the Lone Wanderer, simply given that he levels up with a lot more skill points (plus many skill books) and has double the amount of perks to choose from. Every time, he will max out more skills than the Courier.

By the end of the game the LW is far more powerful than the Courier. Excessively so, in my opinion.

The Courier, he/she may not be another Vault Dweller but he/she has more survival experience on the outside world then the Lone Wanderer, can come back to the grave after taking a bullet to the head, learn new fighting moves from different people of a Faction or a certain amount of skill points to melee and unarmed skills, a more meaning story, bigger aresnal etc

Courier Hands Down, Although the Vault Dweller has had alot of experience killing raiders, Supermutant Behemoths and such, The Courier has better armor weapons and knows the Mojave Wasteland.

Fawkes was an inferor type of mutant to Lily, and this is a vs fight not a team vs team fight.

Thanks for reminding me why whole Fallout 3 felt so ridiculous, really 18 year old kid who has lived his whole life in isolation becomes better trained than Enclave trooper who has trained his entire life in couple of days. It took months for Vault Dweller and Chosen One just to learn to survive.

So in all seriousness Courier would beat up Lone Wanderer any day. He's been out there for his whole life, while this snotnosed punk soiled himself the first time he saw a molerat.

I thought the Lone Wander aaged thoughout the game? I don't think it says it but I think there is an in-game calander that tells you this. I mighht be wrong though.

Hers is an unplayable version except for NPC's. which mades me angry. All things should be playable. ALL. But, it uses magical companion ammo, so we can't use it, otherwise you'd have to supply her.

The Courier would win. The Courier has Remnants Power Armor, the Automatic Rifle, This Machine, the Plasma Caster, higher level, DT, etc.

As a whole, the Courier has better armor and better weapons.

Courier would win with his rem pw and ycs gauss rifle with max charge ammo vs lw with his vault jumpsuit and 10mm listol courier wins

courier and Boone vs lw and Fawkes courier and boone would win cause Boone with a amr with incindeary rounds and me withycs with max charge vs lw with 101 vault suit and 10mm pistol and a supa mutant with a Gatling laser gun Boone would pick off Fawkes in a second

My courier would win by convincing Fawkes to join him and then charming the lone wanderer into bed, he would love it, but i'm not as sure about my lone wanderer, i never made her especially open in any way.

Maybe we're looking at this wrong.

Vault Dweller, Chosen One, Courier all could be pacifists and win without firing a single shot or stabbing anyone. The Lone Wanderer couldn't, so it's possible he could kick all their asses =P

Easy, neither, not even Gordon Freeman or Master Chief, they are all weaklings. Pit Chuck Norris, Steven Segal, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Gordon Freeman, and Master Chief all together in a fight, none will win, all will die, because Duke Nukem will show up and kick their collective asses.
