Just to clarify, I hear dogmeat can be used with the lone wanderer perk. Is this true?

The perk seems to be unaffected by Dogmeat (I have the perk and the Dog). I think it's a Bug though. When I tried to pick up another follower (good morning, sir!) the perk kicked in and I lost those sixy bonuses.

Check your carry weight before and after dismissing him to find out.

I really hope it's not a bug! I'm taking LW regardless but of I can take dogmeat as well that's be awesome. The fact that it kicks in with other companion choices gives me hope.

I'm working solid until this weekend so hopefully others will be able to confirm before then, but fingers crossed.

I assumed you could not have both Dogmeet and lone wonderer. Would be nice to have this confirmed one way or the other.
