Im just curious if there is a quest for this guy, if so what is it called? i dont need anything but the name of the quest:) however help would be welcome if you wish to offer it, i feel bad for the guy and i wanna help him

There is a quest which can involve him and up to three others as well, it's just a matter of gathering a larger 'Talent Pool' for one of the casino's on the strip.

You can help him by getting him a job (in Vegas at the TOPS theater).

Make sure you steal his awesome guitar and make him give you his awesome gun.

You can get him to give you his gun. No stealing or killing required.

Though it is funny to think the Courier may have a misbegotten son out there hunting for him. Monanta 2275-never had six with a random stranger. You may rue it one day.
