I'm about to do another LR playthrough am going to get the warhead hunter and Ed-e upgrade achievement and I was wondering that if I'm going through a area and I miss a warhead or upgrade and I'm now in a different portion of LR, can I fast travel back there or will it be innacessable? Say I'm on the high road, can I go back to the first area?

you can go where you want as long as you have already been there, you can even leave the divide half way through and return later

So if I beat the dlc, I can go back to the divide and walk all the way through again?

Yes, and you can leave the divide at any time during the DLC and return at any time.
