Am I imagining this, or are my save times growing? Currently like a 10 second save time. File size is 11mb............. Will it keep growing? Will I literally get frozen out before I can complete the game in it's entirety?

Yes, the file size grows up as you play more and more...

And the loading times are longer as your save(s) goes up in size.

Not necessarily, if you keep some backup saves, save manually and not override your saves. !!!

If you got a never ending loading screen, most probably your save(s) are corrupt. (So, choose another save...)
