Why do some people say I look sick? I must have heard it countless times.

You probably have a disease. Go pray at a shrine to get yourself healed.

although i swear the alchemist in Whiterun says it sometimes and i dont have a disease... but i dont think she exactly says "sick" its more like shes lying to sell her stuff lol

Check your active effects under magic too see if you really are sick.

Alchemy vendors will always tell you that you look sick, whether you are or not. Then they make sure to explain that they've always got spare potions on hand for just that.

Only listen if it's not an alchemist.

I heard this all the time I'm immune to disease and I checked I have nothing, they are just blowing smoke.
