Look to 'spruce up' home mods

I found a home mod that I really like. What I am looking for are some additional ways to make it better, hopefully without using the CS.

1) Any companion mods that will allow you to get someone and have them stay at the house? If only for show, make it to where they may have some professions to help train you or something.

2) Furniture mod that allows you to get rid of the furniture inside you don't like and buy from somewhere.

I would eventually like to have it almost like an estate. With farmland, where two or three people farm the land. A 'garrison' for a personal 'army' (of 3-4?) They would be training in the training room or just walking around the land. I already have a home picked out due to the ability to have a forging area for CraftyBits and farmland to grow stuff. It's just a little short on my 'vision' for the place.

I know it's a tall order, but if anyone can help, it would be awesome!

See my sig for a furniture mod. Basically it allows you to purchase a selection of upper class furniture for your house. There are also lights, ingredient sorter and some clutter.

I've never heard of anything that allows your to hire a butler though...

Yeah. Again. Tall order ;)

I did get your plug in...did some googling and found it to be closer to anything I have been looking at. Only downside is me not being able to get rid of some of the furniture in the manor I would like to use. Otherwise, it is pretty awesome and VERY close to part of what I am looking for.

You can get rid of furniture you don't want via the console. Make a save in case you want to re-load back to before you started, and then just click on the item and type in "disable" and it will disappear. If you killed the wrong item, "enable" will bring it back, but only until you select something else.

Well. I guess that sums it up for the furniture. I didn't think to use the console. Would be better to be able to use some kind of in-play method without the console though. Would seem more 'realistic' when it comes time to move ;)

Now all that's left is some kind of NPC hiring ability. Wanna give the estate some 'life'.
