"Look to the skies..."

Do you?

If your character "triggers dragons", do you find yourself "looking to the skies" every now and then? I fond myself doing that, especially when "transitioning", either leaving a city or my house or a random building.

I still look up when I see hawk shadows cross my path!

Pretty much. I never "triggered dragons" in my most recent game profile, because in past games, I would end up spending entirely much playtime trying to protect travelling NPCs - especially Khajiit Caravans - from random dragon attacks. It would force me into dragon battles that could have otherwise been avoided. Sometimes you have to chase the dragons down and it can be a pain since they are so mobile.

My current PC is a Khajiit and I don't think she'd want to put her kin in danger by "waking" the dragons. Maybe later when I've honed her archery skills and perks a bit... ;)

When I hear the roaring overhead.

When I hear a Mod added Cliffracer.

Shadows of anything flying near My character.

Glass Cannons are delicate and easily crushed with just 100 Health

Ha...you'll hate Ulda. In her regular DiD play through she listens out for Dragon call on the wind....that feint screech that might just be more than the stiff breeze. Then she hunts them down, running fast toward the distant circling shape hoping to get there before she loses her prey. Sometimes getting their attention is frustratingly hard......jumping up and down with a torch.....shouting.....pinging arrows in their direction. Sometimes they circle, blast a little flame then just fly off.....Ulda hates those times.

She's hopelessly in love with Dragon Scale handbags :)

Back when I was still doing full playthroughs, I used to look to the skies -even though I've killed enough dragons to know when one is around.

Nowadays, I start over each time I sit down to play. So, instead of the skies, I look around -for vampires :P

Most of the time when I'm outside, I'm on a horse. Did you ever try to look straight up in Skyrim when you're on a horse?

No, shadows and a loud roar are usually what tips me off when a dragon is coming. I like to keep my attention on the road so my character doesn't fall off a cliff.

With Deadly Dragons and You are not the Dragonborn or Immediate Dragons...yep all my characters listen and look to the sky's. It does not always help, cause as with my last DiD character: Hear the roar, feel the vibration of a dragon landing ( 360 controller on pc) ..rag-doll... kill-cam chomp-chomp head-shake.

Immersive creatures... One of my characters stood on the docks in Solstiem and watched it fly around and for the first minute or so I wondered what kind of goofy glitch dragon that was... til it got closer and I realized what it was.

A while back, I was watching a cliff racer, trying to figure out what it was, when I got blind sided by a mechanical dragon....

I've gotten away from sky watching. I typically play with the volume up high enough that I can hear that far-off tell-tale sign of a dragon approaching or circling somewhere.

You added cliffracers on PURPOSE? So many folks complained about those flying rats back in my Morrowind days..... I always thought they made for excellent archery practice. :D

The Cliffracers in My Skyrim are not aggressive, but I still cringe when I hear Them due to Morrowind.
