Not specific names per say, but you can create a lot of "Ayleid Sounding" names from the words presented.

Not that it has anything to do wit anything, but Tjurhane means "male bull" in Swedish.
Coincidence?

Yes, as opposed to a female one. Tjur = bull, hane = male.

In English, "bull" implies male, so "male bull" is redundant.

One of my brothers is named Amuranan. I always thought it was such a masculine name. He struck fear into the hearts of many of the ugly men things.

I had no idea. ;)

"Tjur" means the exact thing as bull. It also implies it is a male. "Hane" is the swedish word for male. Therefore, "Tjurhane" = male bull.

You mean they actually have a word for "female bull"?

If you by "them" mean us swedes (:D) then not really. The word "Tjurhane" isn't a real word, just two words (with more or less the same meaning, creating an overexplicit word formation) put together, exactly like "male bull" is in english. You see, when two swedish words are put together to form another, they are contracted to one word. (Tjur + hane = Tjurhane) while in English they keep the words separate.
But enough of the grammar lessons allready.

English does, too. The English word for "female bull" is "female bull." Fascinating, isn't it?

Us Norwegians have a very similar word for Tjurhane. Kyrhane, but in our case, kyr = either bull or cow. And hane is male, same as in Swedish.

So Kyrhane is just another word for bull. Willing to bet money we stole that word from the swedes, but at least we improved it ;)

We also have okse, which is another word for bull... That we stole from the brits.

Yeah...

I know, we're filthy thieves :P

Naah, the english stole it from us scandinavians (They stole everything from us, being so impressed by our manly vikings, they wanted to be as cool too. After all, it has been proved that Sweden, and by extension, the rest of Scandinavia) is the Sunken Atlantis, and the center of the world. Who can argue with 17th-19th century nationalist fanatics?). Swedes have "oxe", you know. And for females; "tjurhona". Or "ko". And "kviga"
Still, even though I'm certain you shouldn't say "tjurhona" for cow, I'm still pretty sure you can call bulls "kohane", = "male cow".
Maybe.

EDIT: Goddamit, I can't even spell my own language right.
