In the Clocks of Cyrodiil mod? Or the Open Better Cities mod? Or some sort of compatability mod?

In the Better Cities package.

Edit:
Just checked, you can also download it from here http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32925

To be more precise, it is one of the patches included in http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32925. These patches work with Open Cities Classic, Open Cities Reborn, and Better Cities.

EDIT: just a half-step ahead of me, mcc84!

Oh, okay. Thanks. I don't use Better Cities, so I guess I'll have to go without it. Thanks.

Ah, told ya it would be in a Patch pack. I just did it in a very cunning way which left it up to you to find it out by yourself, just like any good teacher. :whistling:

You don't have to be using Better Cities. Open Cities Classic and Open Cities Reborn use this, too.

Actually, no, you won't. That file is a universal compatibility patch that, as it's long name suggests, is fully compatible with:

* Vanilla Oblivion
* Better Cities
* Open Cities Classic
* Open Cities Reborn
* Open Better Cities

It requires that you have the full http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11778 release and then instead of using it's provided ESP, you use the patch ESP as a replacement for it.

Ah, good to know. Thanks. I was wondering because All Natural's filter patch has that ESP instead of the one that comes with Clocks of Cyrodiil. I'll download that patch now. Thanks again.
