A while ago, when Skyrim was still quite new, I downloaded a mod that modified the children of Skyrim, I wish I could remember the name, but I cannot, that also changed most of their clothes. While a majority of the clothing fits the children, made even better through mods that get rid of their potato-y head-ness, I am trying to find a mod that gives clothing to the urchins/orphans of a tattered state. Yes, I can see the stitches and patches in the dresses and clothes, but if a beggar can wear thread-bare clothing, I am sure an orphan is not very well off. In particular, the orphan you run into early game named Lucia in Whiterun, was wearing clothing, but it had rips and tears, and had the distinct impression that if a strong enough wind or some rain came by that it would make it not much help.

I am looking for that again, something that help engender that bleak and harshness. I have done some searches, but cannot find much. The ones I do find make ALL the children wear clothes that are on the skimpy side. Not very tasteful.

I was wondering if someone knew of such a mod.
