Hey.
I am looking for a mature community in the EU.

Servers with admins (so many cheaters out there)
Forums with admins (trolls -_-)
An IRC channel
And maybe a teamspeak/ventrilo server.

I am a programmer my self, and I have resources to get hands on different servers (LAMP, TS, but not ventrilo (a license is required)).
