hey i'm looking for a good mod that fixes the inventory, journal, map etc. UI, namely, that increases the number of item/spell/quest slots visible at one time and which makes the local and world maps much bigger. i am currently using the steam deluxe version of the game, the one you get with the code from the anthology pack.

My favorite UI mod is http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/10763/?. It alters both menus and HUD and is very customizable, via an in-game menu.
