Any ideas where there are a lot of mobs or npc's I can wipe out that respawn fairly quickly?

I'm level 9 and a sniper.

Black Mountain is a good spot that has respawning super mutants. They ahve a decent arsenal too so you can make trips to the Gun Runners.
