I know there are some half-race mods out there. I'm looking for one that is half altmer and half nord or imperial. Basically, I am looking for an Altmer with smaller ears, bigger build, and maybe a skin tone halfway between nord and altmer. If anyone has a mod like this or knows where to get one, I'd really appreciate it.

Agreed, Westly's Altaran race is probably what you want; Nords and Bretons have very similar skin tones in any case. You could then go in the CS and adjust their wait and set up the hair you want to use Gagatek's http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5461 in Nifskope.
