Are you looking for faces that are purely resources or looking for a base to make your own? If it's the first you can find plenty of heads on Morrowind Modding History, which aren't frequently used, as far as I can tell.

Thanks guys. I'm not looking for these for use in my own game, but for something I've been working on. I can't model to save my life so I was trying to find some resources to use to give the main NPCs a more distinct look.
