My advice is: Do the work that you are able to do first before asking for any help otherwise you call will most likely fall on deaf ears. What have you done so far?

I've done the center of the world and a offshoot land bridge that leads to so and so the rest of the world.

I have a book detailing what needs to be placed and npc names and stuff.

I guess id just need help making the land and npcs. Tbh and interiors I mod off a compaq windows 7 laptop so it's kinda hard to make perfect interiors without a Lil clipping. Also a mesh maker because I'd wanted a lil uniqueness but uh it's okay I could use or Gina morrowind meshed n stufff

I don't understand. Why would that have any effect on making interiors, specifically clipping?

What's the problem?

The laptop should run Morrowind fine, so it will also run the CS just fine.

There is an option in the CS that you should use when moving static items in the gameworld to make sure these items snap into the grid at a 64 game units interval. It's the button that looks like a small grid in the upper left corner of the CS window.

As for new meshes, there are some anime-style outfits mods out there.

For some reason I find making interiors pain staking without a mouse. And honestly morrowind is way easier to mod on a desktop and whatnot. Even when I use the snaptogrid I just find it hard to make Dwarven, telvanni interiors the ones that require a little more creativity. ????

You're not using a mouse?? :o

Yeah, it's very impractical to use the CS without a mouse. It's designed to be used with one.

Over Myour years as a modder I've grown wise tbh. I started modding when I was around 12-14 and I'm now 18.

I use to switch usbs so I can mod as I go but I've achieved a laptop which is my most common form of modding.I've done a lot without a mouse tbh.
