Looking for hidden loot!

Looking for hidden loot! It's been a while since I've played through. On one of my earlier play throughs, I found a fort or a fort looking building where right out of the sewers, you could climb to the top and shimmy out on a ledge on the outside of the structure. In a corner on the outer ledge was a small amount of gold laid out like a checkerboard, a few gems, and a scroll. I just cant remember where it was. I once saw it on a youtube video aswell. Also there was another fort that had a single enchnted arrow laying on the floor in the third story of another fort or wreckage of one. Do these places sound familiar to anyone. It wasn't random because I used to visit evey play through. Thanks and I'm on the 360.

I believe the fort with the gold is Fort Farragut on the far side of Cheydinhal although it is gold and a magic ring, not gems. While I'm not sure about the second, there are a few nice things on a ledge at Fort Nikel outside Weye (not the ledge with the statue) and also good loot for a level one character if you check all the upper, outside levels of Fort Ash on the way to Chorrol.
